This is a custom bar key order that uses sublimation ink and paper to press a custom design onto a blank white bar key with a preprared polyster surface.  Sublimation ink will permanently bond to this type of bar key surface for truly proessional results. We do not use any products without a prepared polyester surface, nor do we create bar keys using screen print or lazer printed designs.  We do not accept bar keys that have been bent, written on with a sharpie, or other wise used before printing.  The images needed for professional quality should be sized 7 inches wide x 1.25 inches tall at 300 dots per inch (DPI).  While .jpg files can work we highly recommend using .png file formats to ensure that there is a transparent background and no evidence of a white square in the background.
