Man accused of throwing incendiary device at NYC federal building carried anti-ICE material, sources say

(CNN) — A man who was taken into custody Monday on suspicion of throwing an incendiary device at New York City’s 26 Federal Plaza on Monday morning was carrying anti-ICE material, according to two law enforcement sources.
