At 320 PM PST, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near
El Capitan State Beach, or 7 miles southeast of Santa Ynez, moving
east at 35 mph.
HAZARD…Wind gusts up to 40 mph. Heavy downpour.
SOURCE…Radar indicated.
IMPACT…Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects.

Highway 154 over San Marcos Pass…
