The left lane in both directions of PCH will be closed with a moving closure between US 101 (Exit 78) and Mobil Pier Road. Monday, Apr. 20 through Friday, Apr. 24. 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. daily. Residents and businesses located in this area may experience noise, vibrations and dust associated with construction activities. Pacific Coast Highway at US 101 (Exit 78) to Mobil Pier Road.
