(KEYT) – An injured horseback rider needed a helicopter airlift Saturday just before 2:00 p.m. near Creston, according to the California Highway Patrol. The helicopter came from the Paso Robles Airport and helped the patient with their injuries before taking them to Sierra Vista Regional Medical Center, according to the CHP.
