Locations impacted include… Lompoc… Santa Ynez… Point Conception… Solvang… Vandenberg Space Force Base… Refugio State Beach… Highway 101 through Gaviota State Park… Los Alamos… Buellton… Vandenberg Village… and Mission Hills.
