Special Weather Statement issued February 16 at 12:56PM PST by NWS Los Angeles/Oxnard CA

At 1256 PM PST, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along
a line extending from 11 miles northeast of San Luis Obispo to near
Highway 101 through Gaviota State Park. Movement was north at 20 mph.

HAZARD…Wind gusts up to 40 mph. Brief heavy downpour.

SOURCE…Radar indicated.

IMPACT…Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects.

Solvang…
Orcutt…
Los Alamos…
Highway 101 through Gaviota State Park…
Refugio State Beach…
El Capitan State Beach…
Buellton…
