(KEYT) Ghirardelli has a scoop for chocolate lover. The popular San Francisco chocolate company opened shop in Santa Barbara. Ghirardelli Chocolate & Ice Cream Shop held a soft opening. A grand opening is being planned for January 22.l The shop is located on the 500 block of State Street.
