The crew is scheduled for a splash landing off the coast of San Diego where a team awaits their arrival. Mission Specialist Christina Koch, Mission Specialist Jeremy Hansen, Commander Reid Wiseman, and Pilot Victor Glover have surpassed the farthest distance ever traveled by humans, reaching 248,655 miles from Earth – a record previously set by Apollo 13 in 1970.
