(KEYT) The State Street closure on weekends nights is sparking controversy. It had pop up vendors between between Cota and Ortega after midnight. Some hotels have received noise complaints. But people who like it said the restaurants are already closed, so it gives them somewhere to get something to eat. Mayor Randy Rowse said he still questions the closure plan and configuration.
