* WHAT…North to northeast winds 20 to 35 mph with gusts of 40 to
50 mph.

* WHERE…Ventura County Coast, Malibu Coast, Ventura County
Valleys, western Los Angeles County Valleys, Southern Ventura
County Mountains, Eastern Santa Monica Mountains, and Eastern San
Gabriel Mountains.

* WHEN…Until 3 PM PST Tuesday.

* IMPACTS…Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree
limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.
Winds this strong can make driving difficult, especially for high
profile vehicles. Use extra caution.
