Esta semana, Caltrans realizará trabajos de construcción nocturnos a lo largo de Highway 111 en Palm Springs.

Desde hoy y hasta el jueves 14 de mayo, las cuadrillas llevarán a cabo operaciones para mejorar el pavimento.

Hoy y mañana, los trabajos se realizarán en los carriles hacia el norte desde Mesquite Road hasta la calle Escena y desde la calle Tachevah hasta Hermosa Drive.

El miércoles y jueves, las cuadrillas trabajarán en los carriles hacia el sur.

Los trabajos se llevarán a cabo de 8 de la noche a 6 de la mañana.

Una persona fue apuñalada el viernes pasado a la 8:15 de la noche en Desert Hot Springs, por la avenida Buena Vista.

El jefe de policía confirmó que la víctima sufrió heridas que no ponen en peligro su vida.

Los investigadores aún no han dado a conocer la identidad de la víctima, información sobre el sospechoso, el motivo del ataque, ni si se han realizado arrestos.

La policía está buscando a la persona que disparó varios balazos contra una mujer en el Freeway 10 cerca de Banning.

Todo ocurrió poco después de la 1 de la madrugada del sábado pasado.

Las autoridades indicaron que un hombre se asomó por la ventana trasera de un auto y disparó contra una suburban.

Los balazos alcanzaron a una mujer que iba sentada en el asiento trasero, hiriéndola en el brazo.

SANTA BARBARA CHANNEL, Calif. (KEYT) – All crew members have been rescued from a fire at an offshore rig about eight miles off the coast of Carpinteria Monday morning.

Platform Habitat, also known as the Pitas Point Unit, caught fire Monday morning and all 26 crew members have been safely returned to shore with two minor injuries reported from the scene shared the U.S. Coast Guard with Your News Channel.

A 45-foot Coast Guard vessel remains on the scene added the U.S. Coast Guard.

The Coast Guard is coordinating a joint response that was started with the initial call of a fire at the platform at 7:12 a.m. Monday and there is an active 1000 yard safety zone in effect noted the federal agency.
